News: The new COC in LA. is up and running. The chapters in LA. are taking a active role in helping it get off the ground wherever needed..Don't forget Woody's House Charity ride this month..This is a great cause and the American Legion Riders are Co-sponsors we are told. Look for the Gray Ghosts MC and others to help this great cause for veterans. Check out the LA. State website for info. For those of you who went on the polar bear ride in (Feb.09) Kansas City, Mo. in 20 degree weather, all I can say is your Nuts! It was however still fun and meeting new people is what it's all about. I know for a fact Our Founder Mad Jack will be going to Memphis, Tn. with a patch holder or two to Graceland the Home of Elvis this summer and hopes to visit the State Pres. Bro. Brentwood while in the area. They plan on going to see the Old Stax records and other recording great places and some Blues places while there too. He's retired from the board but also is the only Life member we have left after the passing of Flathead in Texas..We would like to thank everyone who attended the Western Meet for the patch-in with some of the National officers....We would like to thank all the patch holders, prospects and support members who came to the farewell get together we held for founder Mad Jack. He rode from Missouri to Asheville, NC where he was greeted by members from TN, WVA, VA, and NC and NY and IN. Everyone had a great time visiting, sharing jokes, small talk and some tall tales. After a greet and meet,we had a good lunch. Everybody got their fill with good food and talk. The fried pickles were a big hit. Then it was time to say good bye. With pictures,hugs, and handshakes, we said our so longs. The TN. and WestVA. brothers headed back to TN. for some beer drinking and partying. The NC Brothers headed East to bed down at Brother Wolf's house for the night. Then the next morning Mad Jack was escorted to VA and left in the good hands and company of the VA Brothers. He spend the night at Brother Road Warrior's house. With motorcycle escort, he was taken to the next drop off point where our NY brothers would continue with Mad Jack's farewell tour. A special thanks goes out to the following who helped put this together: Wolf and Support Member Wanda, Izzy, Cobra, Smoke, Brentwood and his lady, Support Member Cynda, Prospect Wizard, Prospect Hack, and Don Juan. It was real good to see the club come together and bid farewell to Mad Jack who retired from the board in Aug. 2008. As everyone said at the get together, Mad Jack, you will be missed and we hate to see you go. I will miss the long rides we have taken together Brother. Brother Wolf-(charter Member)..As many of you know, we are growing and have moved up into PA, RI, New York, West VA, Utah, Nevada and VA. (Remember..CA. is now NATIONAL CHAPTER and home to the VoVMC...As you can see by other sites, their are many new faces...Remember when your out there Brothers, keep your eyes open for another future brother. Have Fun and Stay Safe! Show respect and get respect while wearing our colors..each one of you is a part of all of us..As it comes in we will post what we can. Remember we are not looking for numbers but for BROTHERS!! We are a Veterans MC and the Issues of Veterans and the Brotherhood of riding keeps us growing. The word "Brother" is sometimes used to easy these days. We know men who still do have HONOR and are not for sell..We have had the others in the past, but it takes work to belong to something great. Remember, It takes more to belong to a MC. We are not a riding club but a Band of Brothers and a MC! If you are one of these..Hook-Up!!SPECIAL NOTICE: REMEMBER OUR BROTHERS AND EVERYONE'S SONS AND DAUGHTERS SERVING IN THE ARMED FORCES OVERSEAS..PLEASE, TAKE A MOMENT AND WRITE OR SEND SOMETHING TO OUR TROOPS...We would like to say again, What a great job the Regional Reps. our doing, you Brothers are what makes us grow,thanks..They hold a hard job and the membership needs to remember they take time out of their lives and put the club first to make things happen.As to riding, forget that easy chair bros, Times to short so get out there and RIDE while you can. To all the new prospects, Listen and Learn. We are GROWING thanks to you!

As many already know, the VoVMC have been making alot of changes. Were reaching out to all Vietnam Era Veterans to come join a great Club who has Brotherhood and the Memories to share with each other once again. Were not bar hoppers..we ride for our brothers who can't! " Thought of the Year "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is VoVMC when I lay my vengeance upon thee. Remember, we are family and when one hurts we all hurt"

We would like to thank all the Western National officers who attended the Patch-In of the New Members and prospects..FUN was the word of the day ..

Founder Mad Jack and the Tn. Chapter with the NC and Regional Rep. Brother Wolf. They all had a great time some meeting Mad Jack for the first Time..It was great also to have another Nomad Brother Cobra there too. We didn't get all the prospects in however..
